Abstract
以1-癸烯为原料,AlCl3-乙醇络合物为催化剂,在1-癸烯用量为10 t,反应温度为120～125℃,反应压力低于0.4 MPa,络合催化剂采用分4批加入(每批反应时间为30 min)且总质量分数为4.0％的条件下,可以制备聚α-烯烃(PAO)合成油,并对产物进行了蒸馏分离.结果表明:馏程分别为＞ 220～ 270,＞270℃的馏分黏度指数分别大于120.0,130.0,二者收率分别为21％,51％;PAO总收率达到83％.
