Abstract
玉门炼化总厂催化裂化车间在生产、储运过程中会排放出一定量的挥发性有机物VOCs,部分挥发性有机物污染环境,从呼吸进入人体,危害健康,实施泄漏检测与修复LDAR技术,通过紧固螺栓、加装堵头、紧固填料等方式进行,装置挥发性有机物泄漏率由原来的0.16％减少为0.01％,完成率达到94.4％,在实际生产中,异味大量减少,效果非常显著.
