目前全国海洋石油不断开发,在役海洋石油平台老龄化问题日益严重,大量达到使用寿命并不满足延寿条件的平台需要弃置.本文结合实际案例,阐述有关南海第一个海上退役平台弃置方案技术细节,对我国海洋平台弃置技术的发展提供借鉴作用.
