Abstract
结垢物是炼化企业生产装置运行过程中因物料结晶聚合、设备腐蚀等原因产生的固体物质.随着结垢物的积聚并附着在装置的某些部位,会严重影响装置的安全、平稳、长周期运行,甚至会产生灾难性的后果.对东北某大型石化基地近三年来收集到的192个结垢物进行专业剖析,分析其化学组成,研究结垢物产生的位置及物料的种类,确定了结垢物产生的原因,并提出了预防措施.
