Abstract
采用金相显微镜、直读光谱仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱分析仪等分析方法,对某炼化厂连续重整预加氢换热器E-101D管束钢(0Cr18Ni10Ti)穿孔进行失效分析.分析结果表明:管束的成分及组织均符合设计要求,但其中的夹杂物(氧化钛)使钢的强度、塑性、韧性及抗疲劳性能下降;管束的穿孔是由内外壁同时腐蚀的结果,氯离子是引起不锈钢点蚀的主要原因,而氯离子的来源是停工期间化学清洗所带入的.
