介绍了金属油罐及其它钢铁设施的热反射隔热防腐蚀要求,经材料选择、配方设计、工艺试验,研制成功了热反射隔热防腐蚀涂料.该涂料由底漆和面漆组成,面漆是以聚氨酯和羟基丙烯酸树脂作为主要成膜物质,加入高反射率颜、填料配制而成.底漆以环氧树脂作为主要成膜物质,加入空心玻璃微珠等隔热填料配制而成.通过性能测试和实际使用证明性能良好.
