Abstract
己内酰胺精制过程中,萃取精制是己内酰胺脱除杂质主要工序之一.以苯-己内酰胺溶液中苯-己内酰胺消光值表征萃取过程中萃取相中杂质含量,考察工艺条件对粗己内酰胺萃取效果的影响.确定了萃取工艺:萃取温度45℃,粗己内酰胺体系pH 6.5,粗己内酰胺含量76.0％～76.5％,苯与粗己内酰胺体积比2.8∶1 ～2.9∶1.
