高温低渗油藏无机凝胶深部调剖剂WJ-2的研制

Abstract
针对高温高盐低渗透油藏苛刻条件,采用聚合氯化铝与活化剂尿素等制备了一种耐温抗盐的无机铝凝胶深部调剖剂WJ-2,并进行了相关优化.测定了无机凝胶堵剂成胶后的弹性模量,对该凝胶体系的成胶时间及性能的影响因素进行了综合考察.实验结果得到凝胶体系的配方为:8%聚合氯化铝+4%尿素+0.5%助剂.该凝胶体系具有较好的注入性能和堵水效果,对岩心的封堵率达98%以上,能够满足110℃以下油藏深部调堵的需要.
