Abstract
通过一维红外光谱、二阶导数红外光谱和去卷积红外光谱对食品保鲜袋中聚乙烯的分子结构进行了表征,采用变温红外技术进一步研究了温度对聚乙烯分子结构的影响.实验结果表明聚乙烯分子中含有乙烯侧基和端乙烯基,在20~120℃温度范围内具有良好的热稳定性.
