Abstract
利用高背压汽轮机替代原电动机驱动锅炉给水泵,同时替代原减温减压器将高温高压(9.8 MPa,540℃)蒸汽转化为中温中压(3.7 MPa,434℃)的工艺用汽,实现了能源的梯级利用,大幅提高了能源利用率.该机组于2016年正式投入运行,迄今为止,运行平稳,节能效果明显.机组投运后,每年节约电量约608万kWh,经济效益约516.8万元.
