在脱硫工艺中,贫胺液泵经常发生气蚀.文章通过综合考量,在不影响MDEA再生及吸收H2S基础上,经过工艺流程改造,增加管道,将冷却后贫胺液引至泵入口,并降低胺液温度,提高泵的有效气蚀余量,能有效地解决泵气蚀问题,经过计算得出新增胺液管线流量在30 t/h时为最佳,既减少了不必要的能耗又确保在工艺参数范围内不会发生气蚀.
