分离器入口半开管设计及数值模拟分析

Abstract
半开管是分离器入口常用装置,其结构简单,对气液进行初步分离的处理效果较好.为了研究其开口长度对气液分离效果的影响,文章以国内某海洋平台分离器入口装置———半开管为研究对象,采用数值模拟软件,对4组不同开口长度的半开管模型进行模拟分析,并根据分析结果提出半开管结构的设计建议.
