Abstract
为常温输送提供实践依据,利用FZ区块原油和自制ZX-1乳化剂,在自主设计的盘管式原油流动模拟装置上,开展了不同因素对含水原油流动阻力和转相点的影响研究.研究表明,随着温度、加剂量、含水率的增加,含水原油的流动阻力和转相点降低;流速的增加,含水原油的流动阻力升高、转相点下降.加入乳化剂ZX-1后,与未加含水原油相比,流动阻力降低90%以上,现场应用效益明显.
