制氢装置水碳比的优化

Abstract
水碳比是烃类蒸汽转化反应中最为敏感的参数,由于原料性质差异,目前没有明确的最佳控制范围.本文介绍了兰州石化公司炼油厂50000 m3/h制氢装置经过一系列试验和计算,分别确立了不同负荷下的最佳水碳比控制范围,然后运用于生产过程管控,通过管控后,装置的燃料和动力消耗显著下降,从而提高了装置的经济效益.
