Abstract

用自制的SO42-/La2O3-ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂催化废弃油脂与乙醇进行酯化/酯交换反应,制备生物柴油.结果表明,在醇油比11:1,催化剂用量2.0叽,80℃下反应4 h,生物柴油的酯化率可达93.2叽.用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对所得产品进行表征分析,表明其主要成分为C16～C18脂肪酸乙酯,且纯度高.
