Abstract
榆林气田南区采用低温分离工艺,在天然气开采过程中为了抑制水化物的生成,在井口注入大量的甲醇,并用甲醇再生装置对采出污水进行集中处理.通常采出污水中平均甲醇含量为41％,冬季天然气井注入甲醇量较多时,污水中甲醇含量最高可达到65％.针对这一情况,以中国石油长庆油田公司榆林天然气处理厂采出水处理装置为例,对不同浓度下的装置运行参数进行优化,保证装置高效、平稳运行,确保产品甲醇及塔底废液达标.
