Abstract
针对乙烯装置急冷单元长周期运行出现的汽油干点过高、稀释蒸汽发生器频繁泄漏、急冷水系统pH值大幅波动等问题进行了深入分析,并根据问题发生后对系统的影响分析了问题产生的原因,提出了在工艺、设备方面装置操作的优化方法.从实际生产状况出发,对比原始设计,实施了部分必要的技术改造,消除了制约装置长周期运行的瓶颈,同时提出了后续优化思路.
