针对华北油田潜山油藏埋藏深、采出液温度高、资源丰富的特点,以经济效益和社会效益为中心,开发利用因高含水而未报废的潜山井,通过大排量提液,“以液带油”提高采收率;采出的大量地热水进行地热发电;利用地热水余热资源进行生产换热维温,取代以原油和天然气作为燃料的热水炉,节约油气能源,从而达到综合、高效利用地热水目的.
