分析了重油催化裂化装置主要运行参数及油浆结焦原因,采用多种优化运行措施,控制催化分馏塔底温度在335℃左右、液位在35％左右,提高油浆循环量,保证油浆外甩量,油浆系统线速增大到1.0 m/s以上,分馏塔底停留时间不大于7.00 min,适当注入阻垢剂,投用油浆过滤器等,解决了装置油浆系统结焦问题.
