Abstract
小集油田是大港地区多层非均值复式油藏,于1981年投入开发.经过近30年的勘探开发,受主力开发区块套损停产井多、非主力区块低渗低压难以有效动用、地面系统腐蚀老化严重等多种因素影响,油田递减大.2008～2011年通过精细油藏描述、精细注水治理、精细立体评价、精细工艺配套,将油田采油速度提高到1％,预测水驱采收率提高4.89％,并建立了复式油藏开发后期改善开发效果的精细开发模式.
