Abstract
马钢4号3200 m3高炉开炉以后为了快速降低生铁成本,提高大型高炉的综合经济效益,通过加强入炉料管理,保持适宜的炉腹煤气量指数,采取综合鼓风技术,采用中心加焦结合大矿批大角差技术、高顶压操作,控制适宜的热制度及造渣制度,加强炉型管理以及出渣铁管理等措施,使开炉后的高炉冶炼水平不断提高,获得了较好的生产技术经济指标,高炉燃料比降至495 kg/t以下,利用系数保持在2.4 t/(m3·d)左右的水平.
