马钢SPHC钢钙处理的热力学分析

Abstract
针对马钢CSP生产的SPHC钢钙处理现状,应用热力学平衡模型计算了钙处理钢液中的S-Ca、Al-Ca平衡反应,得出CaS容易在相对较高和温度较低时析出,1 873 K时变性处理形成C12A7和C3A的理论钙铝比值应分别满足w([Al])2/w([Ca])3≤2.90×105和9.62×103.参照实际生产数据,经分析提出该钢种钙处理时w([Al])2/w([Ca])3≤5.0×104、w([Ca])/w([Al])为0.09～0.11、w([S])≤0.003％等的合理控制范围.
