从高浓度硫酸体系中提取铀的螯合树脂的研制

Abstract
借助化学改性手段合成以聚苯乙烯为骨架的氨基磷酸酯(SAPP)螯合树脂,利用红外光谱、比表面积仪等对树脂结构进行表征,考察了SAPP树脂的耐酸性、对铀的吸附与解吸性能.结果表明:溶液酸度接近100 g/L(以硫酸计)时,SAPP树脂对铀的吸附容量可保持在110 mg/g(干)以上;在实际的铀矿石浸出液中,SAPP树脂对铀的吸附容量达60 mg/g(干);用2 mol/L硫酸溶液对负载铀的SAPP树脂进行静态淋洗,铀解吸率可达100%.
