Abstract

针对武汉钢铁有限公司炼钢厂某分厂品种钢RH精炼过程循环不良的问题,提出扩大插入管内径及适当提高驱动气体流量,以提高RH精炼循环流量,改善RH精炼效果,并采用向钢中添加铜示踪剂验证优化效果.工业试验结果表明,RH精炼循环流量提高后,脱碳终点平均碳质量分数较优化前降低1.2×10-6,精炼过程全氧质量分数下降幅度由62.33％提高到74％,耐材使用寿命提高,耐材消耗降低0.04 kg/t,综合经济效益显著.
