含砷铜渣高温焙烧过程中砷的挥发行为

Abstract
在分析江西铜业贫化含砷铜渣理化性质的基础上,研究了贫化铜渣在高温焙烧过程中砷的挥发行为,实验重点对焙烧温度、焙烧时间和铜渣粒度等因素进行了系统考察.结果表明:铜渣中砷含量为0.30％且主要以硫化砷的形式存在于含铁铜硫化物和玻璃体中.在焙烧温度1 100℃,焙烧时间60 min、铜渣粒度75-100 μm的条件下,砷挥发率可达到82.03％,焙砂砷含量仅为0.098％,脱砷效果明显,为后续直接还原提铁(Fe)实验提供了良好的原料条件.
