Abstract
采用高频悬浮熔炼炉制备了La0.75 Ce0.25 Fe11.51 Mn0.24 Si1.25 Al0.3和La0.75 Ce0.25 Fe11.51 Mno.24Si1.25合金样品.样品在0.05 MPa压力、598 K氢气中吸氢至饱和.经X射线衍射及SEM分析La075Ce0.25Fe11.51Mn0.24 Si125Al0.3Hy样品为NaZn13型结构.研究结果表明,在1.5T磁场下,Lao.75Ce0.25Fe11.51Mn0.24 Si1.25Al0.3Hy合金样品的等温磁熵变△SM为9.06 J/(kg·K),直接测量的样品绝热温变为2.53 K,均比不含A1元素的La0.75 Ce0.25Fe11.51 Mn0.24Si1.3Hy略低;但磁熵变△SM和绝热温变△Tad的半峰宽δT均大幅提高;同时,合金制冷能力提高.
