Abstract
采用CSP流程试制了3.0Si-0.8A1-0.0062Ce无取向硅钢,并对热轧板的组织、织构和夹杂物进行分析.结果表明,热轧板边部为再结晶组织,中部为纤维组织和少量再结晶晶粒组成的混合组织.热轧板表层织构主要为{110} <115>织构和{113} <332>织构,中心层织构以较弱的{111}面织构和很强的旋转立方织构组成.热轧板中的夹杂物主要为Ce与Al2O3的复合夹杂物和稀土硫氧化物组成.
