高炉炉况出现波动后,基于炉渣高温流动性和低温稳定性的综合分析基础上,通过采取炉渣降铝、降碱度以及提升镁铝比等措施,改善了炉渣性能,促进了炉况恢复.利用文献中的数据,对碱度、镁铝比以及氧化铝含量等因素对炉渣性能的影响进行了分析,总结出了不同炉况条件下的炉渣控制原则.
