Abstract
针对服役条件要求苛刻的55SiCr气门弹簧钢,采用高温管式炉试验研究了低氧条件下向钢中加入SiCaBa合金的脱氧、脱硫及夹杂物控制规律.结果 表明,SiCaBa合金有进一步深脱氧、深脱硫的效果,并可细化夹杂物尺寸;在钢中加入0.48 kg/t钢的SiCaBa合金(49.8% Si-25.6% Ca-11.1% Ba)和Fe2O3含量低于1%的精炼渣能使T[O]和[S]分别降至11×10-6和8×10-6.
