简述了石灰与镁粉复合喷吹铁水脱硫的原理和特点,生产试验了石灰:镁粉为2.0～3.5∶1,3.5～5.0∶1和5.0～6.5∶1对铁水终点硫,钢水回硫率,铁水损失,喷吹过程铁水降温,脱硫时间和120 t转炉冶炼效果的影响,得出采用石灰:镁粉配比3.5～5.0∶1时,可实现回硫小于0.0035％,铁损小于26 kg/t,温降低于18℃,钢水收得率87％以上,成本显著降低.
