Abstract
针对Ni60合金粉末进行了成分设计优化,通过添加WC提高耐磨性,调整B和Si元素以及WC含量控制熔覆层的开裂敏感性,并进行了工艺验证,形成了激光熔覆专用耐磨合金粉末.结果表明:设计的新粉末经激光处理后,可获得无明显裂纹而微观裂纹少的较高质量熔覆层,熔覆层的开裂敏感性减小,耐磨性明显提高.
