Abstract
采用常压—氧压两段逆流碱浸工艺高效脱除高砷铅阳极泥中的砷.研究了浸出温度、浸出时间、氧气压力、氢氧化钠浓度等对砷脱除率的影响.确定最佳常压碱浸工艺条件为:液固体积质量比5 mL/g、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间0.5h;最佳氧压碱浸工艺条件为:液固体积质量比5 mL/g、氢氧化钠浓度130 g/L、氧压浸出温度140℃、氧压浸出时间4.0h、氧气压力1.0 MPa、搅拌速度600 r/min.在上述条件下,砷脱除率可达99.0%以上.
