以P507萃取分离镍钴后负载有机相为原料,使用连续化逆流萃取分离设备——混合澄清槽,分别以硫酸溶液、硫酸和硫酸钴混合溶液、硫酸钴溶液为洗涤剂研究了连续逆流洗镍工艺.结果显示,硫酸和硫酸钴混合溶液、纯硫酸钴溶液、硫酸溶液将有机相中镍浓度洗涤至小于5 mg/L分别需要2级、3级和6～7级.
