Abstract
采用酸法常压浸出——离子交换工艺回收赤泥中的镓,关键环节之一是浸出液的除铁.选择LSD396螯合树脂作为除铁试剂,考察树脂用量、温度及接触时间对酸性浸出液除铁效率的影响,并探索了饱和树脂的解吸试验.结果表明,最适宜除铁条件为:树脂用量0.6 g/mL、温度45℃、接触时间120min,该条件下除铁率大于99%,且镓的损失仅为1.29%,表明LSD396树脂对强盐酸溶液中Fe3+选择性好、吸附性强.在温度45℃、5 BV洗液量条件下,0.05 mol/L稀盐酸溶液和去离子水对饱和树脂解吸效果相当,解吸率均大于92%,考虑成本和环保因素,选择去离子水作为洗液.
