文丘里泥碱浸提碲及二氧化碲制备工艺

Abstract
考察氢氧化钠浓度、液固比、温度、浸出时间对文丘里泥中碲、铅、硒浸出率的影响.结果表明,在氢氧化钠浓度100 g/L、液固比5、温度60℃、浸出时间1h的优化条件下,碲、铅、硒浸出率分别为94.7%、39.9%、20.5%.采用两级浸出方式可有效抑制铅的浸出,二级浸出液经硫化除铅—酸化沉碲,可以得到TeO2含量大于98.5%的二氧化碲.
