水钢高炉经济冶炼技术的核心是从“精料”向“经料”系统技术管控转变,主要内容是:通过优化整合资源利用,降低烧结成本;加强冶炼技术管控和系统生产管理,强化上下部制度,改善煤气利用;加强铁前和炉前工作,实现及时渣铁排放;低硅技术冶炼、增加钛球比例、高风温、富氧喷煤等.水钢高炉在入炉品位降低1.94％的情况下,实现高炉冶炼的稳定顺行,经济效益显著.
