包钢500m2烧结机布料偏析控制优化研究

Abstract
针对包钢500 m2 烧结机烧结铁料粒度偏析不合理的现象,通过对布料小车的位置和九辊的转速进行优化研究,并对优化前后的效果进行对比分析.结果表明,通过调整布料小车的位置使得台车两侧混合铁料粒径差由0. 42 mm 降为0. 03 mm,实现了烧结机南北两侧烧结终点位置偏差由0. 59 m 下降至0. 22 m;通过调整九辊转速,使其控制在32 ~ 37 Hz 之间,实现了混匀料烧结机在垂直断面上的合理粒度偏析.最终使烧结矿转鼓强度提高1. 54%、风耗和固体燃耗分别下降6. 03%和1. 36 kg /t.
