压缩机用酸洗板焊接氧化铁皮脱落原因探究

Abstract
针对邯钢压缩机用酸洗板SPHD-YSJ焊接氧化铁皮起皮脱落问题,通过化学成分、显微组织、氧化铁皮结构、熔池深度及板料厚度等对比分析可知:邯钢氧化铁皮厚度较宝钢厚且外层Fe3O4比例高,外层Fe3 O4厚度差异是邯钢氧化铁皮起皮脱落的直接原因;邯钢SPHD-YSJ C含量低,焊接过程中氧化铁皮生长更迅速、氧化铁皮更厚且有利于Fe3O4的形成是氧化铁皮起皮脱落的根本原因.提高C含量至0.05％ ～0.07％、采取微负公差或零公差进行厚度控制等优化措施,焊接氧化铁皮附着良好,成功解决氧化铁皮起皮脱落问题.
