Abstract
闪速吹炼是一种高强度的悬浮铜冶炼工艺,具有高热、高集中、高氧势的特点.针对金冠铜业闪速吹炼炉出现炉况波动较大的情况,对闪速吹炼炉分布器进行理论研究,并将其改为旋流设计.改造后,提高了闪速吹炼炉的反应效率,保证炉况稳定性,还减少了阳极炉的氧化还原时间,降低了天然气单耗,对提高炉体安全也有积极作用.
