重钢2500m3高炉控制产能生产实践

Abstract
重钢于2015年10月中旬2座2 500 m3高炉开始控制产能,单座高炉日产量由5 500 t降低到到4000～4500 t.2016年1月底又进一步限产,日产量降低到3000～3 300t.对1#、3#高炉2次控制产能情况进行了分析,高炉控制产能时,在外部原燃料质量稳定、内部调整合理、设备维护到位等的基础上,可以维持炉况的长期稳定顺行,并且能够获得较好的技术经济指标.
