Abstract
采用超低C、低Si、低Mn成分体系设计,配合VD残氧脱碳+LF精炼+VD真空处理的冶炼工艺,保证C≤0.05%,充分降低有害气体N、H含量,通过适当的控轧和正火工艺,成功生产出厚度规格达80mm的低屈服点抗震钢板LY225.研制钢板实现了强韧性良好匹配和厚度方向性能均匀性,保证钢板屈服强度在205~245MPa范围和较好的冲击韧性,同时稳定了抗拉强度,且钢板以均匀细小的铁素体组织为主.
