Abstract
以钢锭成材120 mm厚Q345 GJB-Z35钢板探伤不合格部位为研究对象,凭借金相显微镜、万能拉伸试验机、扫描电镜及能谱仪等检测手段,从金相组织、非金属夹杂物、拉伸断口等方面对探伤不合格原因展开分析研究.结果表明:钢板厚度1/2处存在以Al2O3为主的较大尺寸脱氧产物夹杂物,是导致钢板探伤不合格的主要原因.据此提出相应的改进措施,以提高钢板的探伤合格率.
