Abstract
高压汽包锅炉给水采用还原性全挥发处理[AVT(R)]、炉水采用磷酸盐处理(PT)时,普遍存在给水含铁量偏高、受热面结垢速率偏大、炉水产生"磷酸盐隐藏"现象、锅炉排污率偏大等问题.给水改用氧化性全挥发处理[AVT(O)]、炉水改用低磷酸盐处理(LPT),在保证水汽质量达标的同时,可有效避免上述问题的发生.
