热处理对铁镍基合金N08800组织和性能的影响

Abstract
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及力学性能检验等方法,研究了热处理对N08800合金冷轧板材组织及性能的影响.结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高和保温时间的延长,晶粒逐渐长大,在1120℃时,晶粒开始快速长大;随着热处理温度的升高,合金室温抗拉和屈服强度逐渐降低,塑性逐渐增加;N08800合金冷板的较佳的热处理工艺为(1070±10)℃,保温时间3~4 min.
