Abstract
针对传统的真空感应炉钢锭模浇注所得铸态组织缺陷多、与大生产中连铸坯不同等问题,设计了50kg真空感应炉的结晶器下铸系统,并制作了配套模具,进行了工艺试验,有效避免了上铸所带来的铸锭缺陷(气孔、缩松、夹杂等)问题,利于高性能钢的开发和冶炼.
