Abstract
采用数值模拟和物理模拟方法,针对LG960QT钢LF-RH精炼过程夹杂物控制进行了研究.结果 表明,LF炉采用85～90 L/min(标准)底吹气量时对夹杂物的去除作用最佳.RH炉采用浸渍深度600 mm,匹配提升气体气量160 m3/h(标准)时能达到比较理想去除夹杂物效果,实际处理时间一般为25 min.工艺优化后,精炼结束后钢液氧含量降低到(11～15)×10-6.
