包钢稀土钢炼铁厂7#、8#高炉相继投产后,水渣处理系统同时投入使用.由于水渣设备腐蚀磨损严重,造成生产运行中突发故障较多,高炉水渣作业率较低,对设备腐蚀磨损进行优化攻关,在生产中,通过不断实践与技改,解决问题,有效提高了水渣的作业率.
