通过扫描电镜分析红色条带状缺陷主要成分是Fe、O,针对该缺陷分析了氧化铁皮主要缺陷类型、形成机理和A36Cr表面红色氧化铁皮的形成原因,并采取调整加热炉加热制度和降低Si含量的措施,将带钢表面合格率从64.5％提升至95.5％.
