Abstract
针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司管线钢X80M生产过程中,部分罐次钢渣易结壳的问题,采用化学分析、物理测试、微观测定的方法对结壳钢渣进行了研究.结果表明,钢渣中高熔点相2CaO·SiO2、3CaO·SiO2、MgO和CaO等含量较高是钢渣结壳的最主要原因.优化了LF造渣料用量后,因钢渣结壳导致喂线失败的罐次比例由2%降至0,精炼能力显著提高.
