针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司炼铁部1号4038 m3高炉炉缸环炭温度升高,炉缸存在安全隐患的情况,采取了改造炉缸冷却系统、增加在线监测设备、长期坚持精料方针和优化高炉操作制度等措施,有效控制了炉缸环炭温度,护炉效果良好,实现了长达6年的护炉期内,高炉安全稳定运行.
